Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and manage all accounting transactions.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies.
• Review inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct regular ledger maintenance.
• Handle all statutory compliances: GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF.
• Statutory Compliances and timely closure of Statutory Audit.
• Finalization of accounts and preparing Computation of Income Tax return.
• Preparing monthly and periodical Financial MIS.

Eligibility

• Must have experience with Real Estate project accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in Farvision / SAP.
• Ability to work independently with professional discretion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Front office management and guest/visitor/client management.
• Handling guest requests, resolving complaints of walk-in customers.
• Coordinating with all departments and event management activities.
• Co-coordinating in Conference & meeting arrangements.

Skill Set

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Good receptive & hospitality management skills.
• Highly groomed, presentable personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation from reputed University/Institutes.
• 3–10 years of corporate experience preferred.
• Hospitality / Real Estate / Banking experience preferred.

• Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up to ensure appropriate actions on customer requests.
• Build rapport quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Managing customer expectations regarding response times.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation from reputed University/Institutes.
• 6 months – 4 years of customer service experience.
• Hospitality / Real Estate / Banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills — written & verbal.

• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base and broker network.
• Compile and analyze sales figures.
• Collect customer feedback and market research.
• Own conveyance is a must.

• Age should not be more than 30 years.
• Knowledge of Gurgaon market is mandatory.
