Why Palwal is the Next Real Estate Hotspot in Delhi NCR

4. Triple Expressway Connectivity Already Built

Unlike most upcoming NCR locations that are waiting for connectivity to arrive, Palwal already has three major operational corridors:

KMP Expressway - 135.6 km, six lanes. Terminates at Dholagarh in Palwal district. Direct access to Manesar, Gurugram, and Sonipat without entering Delhi.

KGP Expressway - 135 km, six lanes. Connects Palwal to Greater Noida and Ghaziabad on the eastern side. Both peripheral expressways meet at Palwal.

NH 19 - Runs directly through Palwal city. The oldest and most established corridor, carrying commercial and passenger traffic daily.

Add to this the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC) - a 121-km rail line from Palwal to Sonipat, currently in its final construction phase with completion expected by end of 2026. It will bypass Delhi entirely for freight and passenger rail, connecting Palwal directly to Panipat, Sonipat, and Gurugram.
